05-06-12  |  Trip to Glanusk 2012

Johan en Bastian hebben de 54th Glanusk Welsh Stallion Show in Builth Wells bezocht. Ook zijn ze naar verschillende stallen geweest, namelijk Moorcock, Maesgwyn, Llanfilo, Karadam en Pendock. De eerste veulens zijn geboren onder niet gunstige weersomstandigheden. Er was net voor ons bezoek in Wales in 2 dagen tijd zoveel regen gevallen wat anders in de hele maand mei valt. We hebben wederom genoten van mooie pony's in een prachtig landschap.

Johan and Bastian visited the 54th Glanusk Welsh Stallion Show. We also went to the Moorcock, Maesgwyn, Llanfilo, Karadam and Pendock studs. The first foals were born in really bad weather over there. But we enjoyed the ponies in a beautifull landscape.

Heuvelrug Hi Light (Revel Paul Jones x Maesgwyn Highness) heeft vandaag een hengstveulen gekregen van de hengst Gleiniant Snaffles. Voor foto's zie: Heuvelrug Hiker.

04-27-12  |  Criccieth Hywel verkocht / sold

Na 5 mooie jaren is Criccieth Hywel verkocht. Hywel heeft bij ons gedekt in de seizoenen 2007, 2008 en 2009 en heeft zeer mooie afstammelingen gehad waarvan Heuvelrug Style eerste in RK Heteren was en eerste op de WPCV zomershow in Houten in 2010. Heuvelrug High End was eerste in de RK Hellendoorn 2010.

In 2010 is Hywel geleased door Singelwoud Stud en in 2011 door de Wilsline Stud.

Criccieth Hywel is verkocht aan Linda Jansen, Zeeland. Hywel gaat bij Linda in een span lopen samen met een zoon van hem. We wensen Linda heel veel plezier van deze mooie hengst.

After 5 beautifull years Criccieth Hywel is sold. We used Hywel in the seasons 2007, 2008 and 2009. In these seasons he had very beautifull foals and fillies. Heuvelrug Style was one of the best with a first price in RK Heteren and first price on the WPCV summershow in Houten 2010. Heuvelrug High End was on the first spot on the RK Hellendoorn 2010.

In 2010 Hywel was leased to Singelwoud Stud and in 2011 to the Wilsline Stud.

Criccieth Hywel is sold to Linda Jansen in Zeeland. Hywel is going to perform for a pared carriage with a son of him. We wish Linda a lot of fun with this beautifull stallion.

10-23-11  |  Heuvelrug Hazel verkocht / sold

Vandaag is Heuvelrug Hazel (Nicton Carreg x Maesgwyn High Star) opgehaald door Andree en Ines Walter van Gestut Allertal uit Duitsland. We hopen dat Hazel zich mooi zal ontwikkelen bij Andree en Ines, en dat de familie veel plezier van de pony zullen hebben.

Vanmorgen om 8.00 uur zijn door Owen Jones (Nebo Stud) de drie merries van de Maesgwyn Stud  aangekomen bij Stal Heuvelrug. We zijn erg blij met deze nieuwe aanwinsten voor onze stal. Voor foto's klik op de naam van de pony.

10-17-11  |  Maesgwyn High Jack naar Stal Heuvelrug / Maesgwyn High Jack to Heuvelrug stud

In mei tijdens de Spring Sale in Wales is met Lewis Edwards van de Maesgwyn Stud afgesproken dat de hengst Measgwyn High Jack (Revel Spirit x Maesgwyn Humble Pye) ter dekking komt bij ons in het dekseizoen 2012 en 2013.

At the Spring Sale we have made an agreement with Lewis Edwards from Maesgwyn Stud. The stallion Maesgwyn High Jack (Revel Spirit x Maesgwyn Humble Pye) come to our stud in season 2012 and 2013.

08-28-11  |  Heuvelrug Hi Lady verkocht / Heuvelrug Hi Lady sold

Na een periode bereden te zijn door ons nichtje Fabienne Fokke is Heuvelrug Hi Lady verkocht naar familie Peters uit Mol, Belgie. We hopen dat de familie heel veel plezier met deze pony zal beleven.

Heuvelrug Hi Lady was ridden for a period by our cousin Fabienne Fokke till she got sold to Family Peters from Mol, Belgium. We wish this family a lot of fun and pleasure with Hi Lady.

08-20-11  |  Centrale Keuring Kootwijk

We hadden twee uitnodigingen voor de zonovergoten Centrale Keuring in Kootwijk. Een erg leuke dag met mooie resultaten.

Met Heuvelrug Hi Society  (Foxhunter Pantheon x Maesgwyn Highness) hebben we een 4e plek behaald in de rubriek 6-9 jarige stermerries met veulen en is tevens Voorlopig Keur-predikaat behaald.

Met Heuvelrug Hi Light (Revel Paul Jones x Maesgwyn Highness) werden we tweede in de rubriek 6-9 jarige stermerries zonder veulen.

We had two invitations for the National Show in Kootwijk. A sunny day with good results.

With Heuvelrug Hi Society (Foxhunter Pantheon x Maesgwyn Highness) we were fourth in the class 6-9 year old starmares with foal and won the title 'Voorlopig Keur'.

Heuvelrug Hi Light (Revel Paul Jones x Maesgwyn Highness) was second in the class 6-9 year old mares without foal.

07-30-11  |  Regionale Keuring Heteren / Regional show Heteren

We hebben een succesvolle keuring gehad. We zijn met twee merries en een veulen naar Heteren geweest. Het merrie veulen Heuvelrug Honestly (Nicton Carreg x Heuvelrug Hi Society) won haar grote rubriek op een overtuigende wijze. Haar moeder Heuvelrug Hi Society (Foxhunter Pantheon) werd derde in haar rubriek en kreeg een uitnodiging voor de Centrale Keuring in Kootwijk. Heuvelrug Hi Light (Revel Paul Jones) won haar rubriek en kreeg eveneens een uitnodiging voor de CK.

We had a successful regional show. This show is a preliminary round for the national show. We took two mares and one filly foal to Heteren. The filly foal Heuvelrug Honestly (Nicton Carreg x Heuvelrug Hi Society) won the large class. Her mother Heuvelrug Hi Society (Foxhunter Pantheon x Heuvelrug Highness) was third in her class and go an invitation for the National Show in Kootwijk. Heuvelrug Hi Light (Revel Paul Jones x Maesgwyn Highness) war first in her class and got also an invitation to the National Show.
